Problem: Company required a mobile platform that enables the real-time capture and comparison of license plates of interest with those of suspected and known person of interest or miscreants.  

Solution: WIN provides a state-of-the-art, small form factor motherboard that enables comparisons of license plates captured by video-imaging with national and international databases to identify 'Vehicles of Interest.' In addition, a ‘Database of Interest’ can be captured based on recording time and geographies for future analysis. The solution-level product enables the identification of both moving and parked vehicles.
