Burke is a hands-on leader, skilled in developing and executing strategic sales plans and communicating a vision to internal and external audiences. He is skilled in the creation of partnerships that increase market presence and which shape WIN Enterprises’ product development process. His knowledge of OEM Commercial Verticals such as Communications (Telecom/Wireless/Enterprise), Transportation, Oil & Gas, Medical and others enable a ready and meaningful engagement with these segments. |

Mark Goulet joined WIN Enterprises in 1998 and is responsible for the management of all Manufacturing activity for the company. Prior to joining WIN, Goulet held several senior positions in the medical and telecommunications fields. Most recently, he was the Operations Manager for American Optical, Medical Division. Before this Goulet was with Cambridge Medical Instruments, and he also served as the Regional Sales Manager for Pioneer Medical Systems. |
