| PL-80140 is a 1U appliance that supports a broad range networking security and other network applications. This scalable device features the Intel® Core™ 2 Quad processor for small business and the Enterprise. The PL-80140 integrates Intel® Core™ 2 Quad processor and the 1333MHz Front Side Bus and is built with Intel® Embedded IA components warranteed for longevity. A high bandwidth dual channel DDRII DIMM socket supports 800/667 memory with up to 4GB. Available with six Gigabit Ethernet ports through PCI-E x1 interface and optional four ports bypass function. The PL-80140 delivers high throughput for a broad range of network applications that include gateway security, UTM, network management, load balancing, WAN optimized acceleration, and VOIP gateway. |
