Description
The PL-10180 is a 1U rack-mount network security hardware platform designed for VPN, network bandwidth control, IDS/IPS, and firewall applications. It is based on the Intel Pentium M processor and E7501 chipset. The device supports DDR 200/266 RAM (PC2100 registered) with ECC for enhanced data integrity up to 4GB. PL-10180 supports three 10/100Mapb Ethernet and four GbE, the most advanced features with diverse PCI-X module combinations, which SC, LC and Copper GbE connectors. Ethernet modules including QuickConfigure fiber and copper Ethernet connections enable a variety applications and performance levels. This patented technology provides flexible development options for configuring PCI-X GbE I/O's, saving customer development and testing time. By simply changing the Quick Configure Ethernet I/O module, customers can reduce their product development, test cycles, and time-to-market. The appliance is FCC and CE compliant. |
